Ocean Heights, Residential skyscraper in Dubai Marina, United Arab Emirates
Ocean Heights is a 310 m (1,017 ft) residential skyscraper on Al Sufouh Road in Dubai Marina, designed by Andrew Bromberg of Aedas. Its blue glass facade is banded with stacked horizontal white lines from base to top, and the tower narrows and twists as it rises. It holds 83 floors and more than 519 condominiums.
Construction began in 2007 by DAMAC Properties after two earlier design concepts were revised, with the tower completed in April 2010. The project emerged during Dubai's peak building expansion period.
The name Ocean Heights refers to the tower's position in Dubai Marina, a district built around a man-made harbour. Its 519 condominiums are served by resident amenities such as pools and gyms, and the address on Al Sufouh Road places it among the marina's high-rise residential cluster.
