The Marina Torch

Marina Torch is a residential tower in Dubai Marina comprising 86 stories above ground and 4 basement levels. The building accommodates 676 apartments spread across its floors, with different unit types and configurations for residents.

Construction began in October 2005, and the tower opened in May 2011 as the world's tallest residential building at that time. Following completion, it quickly became a defining landmark within Dubai Marina's skyline.

The Marina Torch represents Dubai's transformation from a desert region into a modern metropolis filled with architectural achievements and technological innovations.

The building operates eight elevators to facilitate vertical movement for all residents across the tower. Additional amenities include swimming pools, fitness facilities, and shops that serve the needs of those living in the building.

The structure experienced multiple renovation phases, including the replacement of exterior cladding and upgrades to enhance its resilience against environmental factors.
