Emirates Crown, Residential skyscraper in Dubai Marina, United Arab Emirates

Emirates Crown is a 63-floor residential tower in Dubai Marina, United Arab Emirates, developed by Bin Shafar Holding and designed by Design & Architecture Bureau. It rises 296 m (971 ft) as a slender rectangular shaft of light blue-green glass panels set in a regular grid of thin vertical mullions and horizontal floor lines. The upper section ends in a stepped, angular crown with cut-back corners, and a lower podium connects at the base.

Construction began in 2005 under Bin Shafar Holding and was completed in March 2008. This completion helped establish Dubai Marina as a major residential destination in the early 2000s.

The name Emirates Crown refers to the tower's stepped, angular crown, which is cut back at the corners rather than domed. Its position across the street from the Dubai International Marine Club has made it a common residence for yachting enthusiasts. Apartments range from two to five bedrooms, alongside some of Dubai's most prominent penthouses.

The tower stands directly across the street from the Dubai International Marine Club, so berth and marina activity are within a short walk.
