Established in 2017 by Chef Jean-François, the restaurant was named after his 8-year-old daughter Margaux, who serves as his inspiration in preserving and sharing traditional Guadeloupean culinary heritage through authentic regional dishes.

The restaurant embodies Caribbean lifestyle by showcasing local spices, aromatic herbs, and traditional ingredients while maintaining a warm family atmosphere where Creole music enhances the communal dining experience for locals and visitors alike.

Open daily from noon to 3 PM and 7 PM to 11 PM, located at 74 Impasse de Bas du Fort, offering affordable meals under 15 euros per person with reservations recommended during peak tourist seasons.

Chef Jean-François regularly conducts guided tours of Pointe-à-Pitre market to introduce guests to the local ingredients used in his recipes, creating an educational culinary experience that extends beyond the restaurant walls.
