Su Pallosu

Su Pallosu is a sandy beach on Sardinia's western coast with fine golden sand and clear Mediterranean waters framed by rocky outcrops. The shoreline curves gently and drops gradually into the sea, making it safe for swimmers of different abilities.

This coastline has supported human settlement for generations, serving as a place where locals have drawn from the sea for their livelihoods. The natural features around the bay have remained relatively constant throughout time.

Local fishermen continue their traditional practices at Su Pallosu, maintaining ancient fishing methods passed down through Sardinian maritime communities.

A paved road connects the beach to San Vero Milis village with parking available near the shoreline. Arriving in early morning or late afternoon helps avoid crowding and gives you the best light for enjoying the water and surroundings.

The beach is home to a colony of cats that roam freely among visitors throughout the day. These animals originated from a local animal care program and have settled permanently in this coastal spot.
