The center emerged as a response to preserve traditional crafting methods and provide economic opportunities for local artisans in the capital city of Niger.

Niger's diverse ethnic groups showcase their distinctive crafting techniques and cultural traditions through demonstrations and exhibitions at the arts center.

The center welcomes visitors daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, offering direct interactions with craftspeople and opportunities to purchase handmade items.

Every artisan maintains a dedicated workspace where visitors can observe the complete production process of traditional items, from raw materials to finished products.
