La Cascade

Restaurant Cascade sits in a renovated building with both indoor and outdoor seating areas. The venue accommodates more than 100 guests in total and overlooks the natural waterfall that gives the place its name.

The restaurant opened in 2022 under the leadership of two chefs who brought expertise from acclaimed French establishments. Since its opening, it has become an established dining destination in the region.

The restaurant honors Aveyron traditions by transforming regional ingredients into contemporary versions of local specialties. Dishes shift with the seasons, reflecting what the area produces at each time of year.

The restaurant opens Wednesday through Saturday at midday and in the evening, plus Sunday at lunch. Booking ahead is wise, as seating is limited and the menu changes regularly.

The establishment has a private event space called Le Toit Canaille where guests can organize their own celebrations. This space offers menus tailored to special occasions.
