East High School spans a modern campus with red brick buildings at 840 South 1300 East, serving approximately 1,900 students in grades nine through twelve.

The original structure, completed in 1913, underwent major reconstruction in 1997 to expand facilities and modernize educational spaces for growing enrollment needs.

Students participate in academic programs, athletics, and creative pursuits while following a schedule that alternates between A and B days throughout the month.

The school operates Monday through Friday from 8:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with administrative offices managing student registration, attendance records, and parent communications.

The facility gained international recognition as the primary filming location for Disney Channel's High School Musical series, drawing numerous visitors to tour the grounds.
