Peira Cava Aventures, Adventure park in Lucéram, France
Peira Cava Aventures is an adventure park set across two hectares of mountainous terrain at 1400 meters elevation, featuring ten different courses with zip lines, rope walks, and climbing walls. The installation uses natural rock formations and tree canopies to structure the pathways across steep, forested slopes.
The park sits near Col de Turini, a mountain pass that has served as a key route connecting the French Riviera to alpine regions for generations. This location influenced its development as a recreation facility in a region already known for its mountain crossings.
The park uses traditional Mongolian yurts for overnight stays, bringing nomadic traditions from Central Asia into the heart of the French Alps.
The park is open from May through September, with equipment rental and safety briefings provided by certified instructors before activities begin. Given the elevation and forest terrain, visitors should wear proper footwear and have reasonable fitness levels for the courses.
Three particularly long zip lines each stretch over 250 meters, allowing participants to glide across valleys with drops of nearly 200 meters below. These especially thrilling sections rank among the most intense moments visitors experience at the site.
