Pascal and Valérie Lac opened their first shop in Beaulieu in the mid-1990s. Over time, they expanded by adding locations in Nice and nearby towns.
Pâtisserie Lac offers workshops where visitors can try making chocolates and desserts by hand. Each participant takes home what they made during the session.
