Camping Los Bonales, Mountain campground in Cantalojas, Spain.
Camping Los Bonales is a campground nestled within a pine forest near Cantalojas, with grass pitches equipped with electricity connections. The site takes advantage of natural shelter from the surrounding trees and terrain near Sierra Norte de Guadalajara Natural Park.
The campground was established at the edge of Tejera Negra Beech Forest, a woodland area that later gained international recognition. Its location was chosen to take advantage of the existing forest structure and natural surroundings.
The campsite architecture incorporates regional materials such as wood and slate, following traditional Guadalajara construction methods designed by architect Berta González Salinero.
The facility provides heated showers and washing machines throughout the year, with wifi coverage across the site. Pets are welcome in designated areas and can stay during all seasons.
A three-kilometer trail from the campground leads directly to one of Europe's southernmost beech forests within a protected natural area. This access allows visitors to explore rare woodland landscapes with significant ecological value.
