Musée du Château Fort de Logne

The museum exhibits archaeological findings within a 16th-century classified building called Bouverie, displaying collections of medieval weapons, tools, and everyday objects.

The fortress, owned by the Prince-Abbots of Stavelot, served as a stronghold until Emperor Charles V troops destroyed it in 1521.

The museum collection includes wooden bowls, tin items, leather goods, and a large wooden lifting machine used to draw water from deep wells.

The museum opens Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and weekends from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with guided tours available upon request.

Visitors can learn medieval warfare techniques through demonstrations of a trebuchet, while the surrounding Palogne domain offers mountain biking and mini-golf activities.
