This Space Invader mosaic is a small wall tile art depicting a square character with dark green tiles and two white square eyes on a yellow background. The geometric design echoes the pixel graphics of classic arcade games and measures roughly 18 inches (45 cm) across.

The project started in the early 2000s in Paris and quickly spread to cities worldwide, including Clermont-Ferrand. This art form revived interest in classic video games and turned street art into a widespread urban phenomenon.
