The establishment promotes cultural exchange through its eclectic menu that reinterprets traditional French regional dishes by incorporating exotic spices and diverse cooking techniques discovered during the owners' travels across various countries worldwide.

Open Wednesday through Thursday from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Friday and Saturday until 10:00 PM, plus Sunday from noon to 3:00 PM, located at 5-7 rue Montebello near the château, reservations recommended at 01 64 22 57 89.

The restaurant features the Plateau du Monde with accras, samosas, and halloumi fritters, alongside creative cocktails like the Ocho Melones made with chili-infused tequila and melon liqueur, perfectly embodying its global culinary philosophy.
