Dlouhé stráně

Dlouhé stráně is a mountain summit in the Hrubý Jeseník range rising to 1354 meters and surrounded by thick forest. Multiple marked trails cross the slopes, with a three-star hotel and associated facilities serving visitors year-round.

The summit area evolved into a recreation destination during the 20th century as infrastructure expanded. What was once a remote location became equipped for year-round visitor activity.

The area keeps Czech mountain traditions alive through local inns serving regional food and hosting seasonal activities that shape life here. Visitors can experience how mountain living connects to the rhythm of each season.

The summit is reached by several marked trails suitable for different fitness levels and seasons. Facilities at the site include lodging and services for visitors planning to spend time here.

Two cycling routes reach the summit with different purposes: one reserved exclusively for bicycles and another allowing both cyclists and motorists. This dual-access system is unusual for a mountain of this height.
