N-S 82 Březinka, Military bunker in Náchod, Czech Republic.
The N-S 82 Březinka is a military bunker with two levels and four main weapon systems, plus a drilled well incorporated into the concrete structure. The facility was designed to support infantry defensive operations.
The bunker was built in 1937 as part of the Czechoslovak defense system. The 1938 mobilization demonstrated how quickly such fortifications could be drawn into conflict.
The museum displays original weapons from different countries, including an anti-tank cannon sourced from Norway. These exhibits show the international connections and arms trade of the interwar period.
The bunker is reachable on foot from Běloves Spa or via marked hiking trails from Dobrošov fortress. It is best visited during dry weather, as bunker chambers can be damp.
The structure contains a working well system that has remained operational since the 1930s. This technical detail shows the engineering capabilities of that era and was critical for supplying the bunker during extended operations.
