Beneš villa

Beneš villa is a two-story residence with gardens in Sezimovo Ústí, designed by architects Petr Kropaček and Otokar Fierlinger in the early 1900s. The property forms part of a larger complex that includes other buildings and grounds laid out as a unified estate.

The villa was built in the early 1900s and later served President Edvard Beneš as a private retreat during his leadership of Czechoslovakia. It represents a significant period when such residences embodied the nation's independence and emerging identity.
