Babí Lom is a rocky ridge in the Drahanská Vysočina region that rises between the villages of Lelekovice and Svinošice. The landscape here is marked by exposed stone and low vegetation adapted to the hilltop and steep slopes.

Babí Lom is a ridge of Lower Devonian conglomerate rock, elongated north to south, whose rock towers reach up to 20 metres. The summit reaches 562 m, while the southern peak at 521 m carries the lookout tower of the same name. The 23.1 ha ridge has been protected as the Babí lom nature reserve.

The name Babí lom, meaning "woman's forest" or "old woman's forest", is a folk place name; a 19th-century note by Bedřich Drož records the variant "Babylon" as a corruption of it. The 23.1 ha ridge has been protected as a nature reserve, and the conglomerate crags are a popular climbing spot.

Three marked trails lead to the summit: red from Lelekovice (continuing to Vranov), blue from Kuřim (continuing to Šebrov-Kateřina) and yellow from Svinošice. The rock towers reach up to 20 m and are a popular climbing spot, so paths near the crags can be busy with climbers.
