Trmal's Villa is a one-story house with a prominent roof in Strašnice, built 1902–1903 to Jan Kotěra's design. Its facade has bay windows, tall chimneys, half-timbered gables and dormers, and the gables carry Czech folk inscriptions above the windows. A balcony with carved and painted railing faces the garden.
