The Church of the Holy Spirit is a church building in Zábřeh with an elliptical floor plan and multiple stories. A bell tower with three bronze bells distinguishes the structure.

A church was planned on this site as early as 1968, but the present building was realised only after an architectural competition won by Marek Štěpán, at a cost of 55 million CZK. Bishop František Lobkowicz blessed the church and its land on 25 May 2004; in 2024 Bishop Martin David blessed new organs.

The church hosts concerts and festivals, including the traditional Christmas concert of the nearby Ostrava-Zábřeh grammar school held every year. New organs were blessed here by Bishop Martin David on 18 May 2024.

The church stands in Ostrava-Jih, in Zábřeh, with a slim 30-metre reinforced-concrete bell tower beside it. The building is reached by stairs and also step-free, and the lower-level pastoral centre of John Paul II has an internal lift platform. The church and tower rest on 36 concrete piles sunk about 18 metres into weak subsoil.

The foundation required specialized engineering techniques due to unstable ground conditions. Multiple support piles were driven deep to ensure structural stability.
