Čiperova vila is a two-story residence in Zlín with a rectangular shape and two wings. The interior features a marble-clad hall and a three-armed curved staircase that connects the upper floors.

Vladimír Karfík designed the villa for Dominik Čipera, the former mayor of Zlín, and it was built between 1939 and 1942. From 1947 it served as a children's home, later the Children's Center Zlín. It has been a protected cultural monument since 26 March 2002.

The building takes its name from original owner Dominik Čipera and reflects the modern living standards of the 1940s. Interior spaces with marble floors and the curved staircase show the wealth and design taste of that era.

The villa underwent a complete reconstruction from 2024 to 2025 and reopened in February 2026 as the Cultural and Creative Centre of the Zlín Region. It is located in Zlín at coordinates 49.23532, 17.69037. The building is protected as a cultural monument under number 51533/7-9027.

The exterior displays elevated chimneys and a hipped roof with dormers, characteristic design features of the period. The brick bonding lines that visually separate the floors are subtle architectural details that emphasize the facade's construction.
