The Zikmundova vila features a cube shape design with a corner bay window, large windows, and brizolit plaster covering traditional Zlín bricks.
Built between 1934 and 1935 by the Baťa Support Fund for Josef Januštík, the first governor of Zlín District, before being purchased by Oscar-winning filmmaker Elmar Klos.
The villa contains original 1950s furnishings designed by Miroslav Navrátil, combining light ash wood with beige plastic laminate throughout the interior spaces.
The three-level structure includes communal areas on the ground floor, private rooms upstairs, and utility spaces like a garage and laundry in the basement.
The property encompasses a 9,000-square-meter garden, initially designed as a forest park with a campsite by Marie Januštíková, the first resident of the villa.
