Tochovice Castle

Tochovice Castle is an Empire-style château located in the Czech village of Tochovice, distinguished by its symmetrical design. The structure displays white walls, large rectangular windows, and a mansard roof that typifies early 19th-century construction.

The building began as a Renaissance fortress and was later converted into a Baroque castle. A comprehensive renovation in the Empire style took place between 1821 and 1823, establishing its current appearance.

The castle holds protected status as a cultural monument and represents an important preservation site for Czech heritage. Its white facades and surrounding grounds create a focal point in the local landscape that people value and maintain.
