Pavilon G, Exhibition pavilion in Brno, Czech Republic.
Pavilon G is an exhibition building in Brno constructed with reinforced concrete and extensive glass surfaces, featuring a central supporting core and a 45-meter tower. The structure provides flexible exhibition space designed to accommodate diverse events and large-scale displays.
Architect Bohumír Čermák designed Pavilon G in 1928 as part of the expansion of the exhibition grounds at that time. The building emerged during a period when Brno was strengthening its position as an important economic and trade center.
The pavilion serves as a venue for trade fairs, exhibitions, and regional conferences within the Brno Exhibition Centre complex. It functions as a gathering place where business professionals and visitors from different industries come together throughout the year.
The pavilion offers more than 11,000 square meters of exhibition space and is designed to accommodate large events throughout the year. The open floor plan can easily be adapted to different event formats.
Originally, a rooftop cafe with an observation terrace occupied the tower, allowing visitors to view the exhibition grounds from above. This feature was closed in 1958 and no longer remains accessible to the public.
