Garden Towers, Residential complex in Prague, Czech Republic
Garden Towers is a residential complex in Prague consisting of five tall towers rising 18 floors high, each built on a shared 5-story base structure. The complex contains 682 apartments with varying layouts and living standards distributed across all levels.
Construction of the complex began in July 2014 under developer Central Group and finished in May 2016. The entire project took less than two years to complete on a challenging urban site.
The residential design incorporates multiple living standards, with regular apartments up to floor fifteen and premium residences occupying the top three levels of each tower.
The complex offers 703 parking spaces spread across three underground levels for residents and visitors to use. Ground-level retail spaces are available, and staff at the reception desk can assist with security and general inquiries.
The site where the towers stand has groundwater levels rising up to 4.5 meters above the foundation base. This required engineers to design the entire structure with specialized waterproof concrete techniques to keep water out.
