Top Tower, Proposed skyscraper in Stodůlky, Prague, Czech Republic
Top Tower is a proposed skyscraper in Stodůlky designed to reach approximately 135 meters tall. The project combines residential apartments, office spaces, and a public cultural center on a single site with direct access to Nové Butovice metro station.
The project was developed in 2019 by architect Tomáš Císař and sculptor David Černý, with construction originally planned for 2021. The work has since been delayed and has not yet begun.
The structure reflects Prague's modern architectural direction while maintaining distance from the UNESCO-protected historic city center to preserve heritage standards.
The site sits directly next to Nové Butovice metro station, making it easy to reach by public transport. The complex will include ground-level retail spaces and a roof garden once completed.
The design features a large sculptural element resembling a ship's hull integrated into the main structure. This unusual architectural detail gives the building its distinctive and striking profile when viewed from different angles.
