The Chapel of Saint Roch in Ramzová is a small, non-oriented Gothic Revival building with a three-sided apse and a slender sanctus bell turret above the entrance facade. Its interior is a single undivided space with Gothic Revival furnishings contemporary with the 1896–1897 construction.

The chapel was built in Gothic Revival style between 1896 and 1897, replacing an older wooden chapel on the same site. It fell into disrepair for a long period and was repaired in 1997. In the early 21st century, regular Sunday services were held there during the summer season.

The chapel is dedicated to Saint Roch, and its name in Czech is Kaple svatého Rocha. In the early 21st century regular services were held here every Sunday during the summer season. A memorial plaque inside commemorates the victims of the First World War.

The chapel stands in Ramzová in the Hrubý Jeseník mountains, within the Roman Catholic parish of Lipová-lázně. It is not a listed monument and is not kept open; services were held here on summer Sundays in the early 21st century. Approach on foot from the village or the surrounding trails.
