Pohick Bay Regional Park is a regional park on Pohick Bay of the Potomac River in Fairfax County, Northern Virginia, reached via State Route 242 north of Mason Neck State Park. It is protected and operated by NOVA Parks, formerly the Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority. The park holds a boat launch, the Pirate's Cove water park, a disc golf course and a miniature golf course, and checklists record as many as 20 bird species.

The Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority established this area as a protected space for the natural environment of Pohick Bay and its ecosystems. The project grew from efforts to preserve the river landscape and wildlife habitats for future generations.

Visitors explore the local wildlife through guided programs and nature trails throughout the property. Many people use these paths regularly for bird watching and walks along the water's edge.

Wear sturdy footwear since nature trails can become muddy during certain seasons. The best conditions for activities happen during warmer months when water conditions are ideal for boating.

Pohick Bay Regional Park holds both a disc golf course and a miniature golf course, alongside the Pirate's Cove water park and a boat launch on Pohick Bay. The park lies on State Route 242, north of Mason Neck State Park, and is run by NOVA Parks.
