Kesher Israel

Kesher Israel is a synagogue featuring Spanish Colonial Revival design with white stucco walls, arched windows, and red clay tile roofing. The building serves as a center for daily prayer services and educational programs for the local Jewish community.

Six merchants established the congregation in 1910, and the current building opened in 1931. This founding marked the beginning of an organized Jewish presence in this neighborhood.
