Michillinda Lodge

Michillinda Lodge is a lakeside resort on Michigan's waterfront consisting of nine buildings with twenty-six vacation rental units. The property includes about four hundred feet of private beach and direct access to the shoreline.

The property was founded in 1904 when investors from Michigan, Illinois, and Indiana combined their state names to create the name Michillinda. After a severe fire in 2012, the site was fully rebuilt and reopened in 2013 with contemporary facilities.

The property has long served as a gathering place for families returning across generations to spend summers by the water. Visitors notice this continuity in how the spaces are designed for guests who come back year after year.

The resort offers heated pools, tennis courts, basketball facilities, and various recreational amenities for guests. The private beach provides direct water access and is ideal for swimming and relaxation during your stay.
