Naton Beach

Naton Beach stretches along the western coast of Guam, featuring white sand shores bordered by palm trees and clear waters of the Philippine Sea.

Since 2003, the beach has been part of Guam's environmental monitoring program, with regular water quality assessments conducted under the STORET initiative.

The beach represents a meeting point for local communities where residents gather for traditional celebrations and environmental protection activities.

Weekly water quality tests are conducted by Guam Environmental Protection Agency, with results published every Friday to ensure visitor safety.

The beach location code 21GUBCH-N-04 allows scientists to track decades of environmental data through the Water Quality Portal database system.
