Waterline Square, Residential complex in Upper West Side, US
Waterline Square is a residential complex on Manhattan's waterfront featuring three glass towers housing over 640 units across a spacious riverside site. Each tower rises along the Hudson River with distinct architectural expressions and connects to shared public green spaces and amenities throughout the grounds.
Construction of the complex began in 2015 on a site that formerly contained industrial buildings, transforming this Upper West Side location. The development revitalized the Hudson River waterfront area through the replacement of older structures with modern residential use.
Three distinguished architectural firms, including Richard Meier & Partners, created distinct design approaches for each tower in the complex.
The complex provides various recreational facilities including indoor sports courts, a swimming pool, and fitness amenities for residents and visitors. The waterfront location offers direct access to the riverside path and public green areas that line the Hudson River.
The complex features Waterline Club, a resident hub that includes a recording studio, art studio, and Harry's Table by Cipriani food market. These specialized spaces provide residents with direct access to creative facilities and high-end dining options without leaving the grounds.
