Mutual Reserve Building, Office skyscraper at Broadway and Duane Street in Tribeca, Manhattan, United States.

The Mutual Reserve Building rises 13 stories with limestone and granite cladding, featuring round-arched arcades and rusticated stone piers across its facades.

The structure, completed in 1894, was among the first buildings in New York City to incorporate a cage-like steel frame design for skyscraper construction.

From 1967 to 1980, the building served as headquarters for the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission, overseeing architectural heritage protection.

The ground floor contains retail spaces, while upper levels offer office accommodations with marble-finished hallways and modern infrastructure systems.

The building includes original features such as iron staircases, a mail chute system, and electric clocks installed on every floor level.
