19 Dutch is a residential tower with 63 floors and 482 apartments in Manhattan's Financial District. The building features retail spaces on lower levels, a fitness center, and a rooftop terrace for residents.
Developed by Carmel Partners, construction began in 2018 and residents started moving in during 2019. In 2022, Spanish retail entrepreneur Amancio Ortega acquired the building through his Pontegadea holding company.
The building takes its name from Dutch Street, a historic road running through the Financial District. Residents gather in shared spaces and on terraces that shape daily life in this densely built neighborhood.
The building sits in the heart of the Financial District with good public transit access. Nearby streets offer cafes, restaurants, and shops for everyday needs right in the neighborhood.
