19 Dutch, Residential skyscraper in Financial District, Manhattan, United States

19 Dutch is a residential tower with 63 floors and 482 apartments in Manhattan's Financial District. The building features retail spaces on lower levels, a fitness center, and a rooftop terrace for residents.

Developed by Carmel Partners, construction began in 2018 and residents started moving in during 2019. In 2022, Spanish retail entrepreneur Amancio Ortega acquired the building through his Pontegadea holding company.

The building takes its name from Dutch Street, a historic road running through the Financial District. Residents gather in shared spaces and on terraces that shape daily life in this densely built neighborhood.

The building sits in the heart of the Financial District with good public transit access. Nearby streets offer cafes, restaurants, and shops for everyday needs right in the neighborhood.

A sky lounge on the 64th floor offers residents sweeping city views from one of the highest gathering spots in the Financial District. The elevated space provides a sense of detachment from the busy streets below.
