Sky Tower

Sky Tower is a tall mixed-use building in Abu Dhabi rising 292 meters with 74 floors above ground. The structure houses residential apartments, office spaces, and observation areas behind sleek glass facades that mirror the surrounding cityscape.

The architectural firm Arquitectonica designed and completed this structure in 2010 as part of Abu Dhabi's expansion during that decade. The project marked a milestone in the city's transition toward contemporary mixed-use development.

The building shows how contemporary Abu Dhabi integrates homes and offices in a single tall structure, reflecting the city's growth toward vertical urban development.

The building operates 27 elevators throughout its levels, making navigation quick and straightforward for residents and visitors. Public areas and observation zones are clearly marked and easy to locate within the structure.

The building contains three underground levels that provide extra storage and parking space while keeping the footprint compact above ground. Additionally, the structure integrates energy-saving technologies designed specifically to handle the extreme desert heat.
