The Landmark

The Landmark is a 72-story mixed-use tower rising 324 meters above Abu Dhabi with a distinctive twelve-sided shape. The structure combines 31 office floors, 28 residential floors, five underground parking levels, and 18 elevators serving the entire building.

Construction started in 2006 and the building became known for its innovative concrete work during that period. The project reflected the UAE's rapid development and architectural ambitions during the mid-2000s.

The tower blends international design with local references through its twelve-sided shape, inspired by desert flowers and traditional regional patterns. This approach makes it speak to both the city's modern identity and its connection to the surrounding landscape.

The building is clearly organized with multiple elevators making it easy to reach different sections and levels. Visiting during daytime hours gives you better access to public areas and the elevated garden spaces throughout the structure.

The building features an elevated garden with a swimming pool perched high above the city, offering views toward the Abu Dhabi Corniche. This unexpected outdoor retreat near the top of the tower provides water and greenery in the midst of the urban environment.
