The Central Market Project reaches a height of 381 meters with 92 floors and features a glass facade that reflects the sunlight across the cityscape.

The construction and opening of this architectural landmark in 2014 represented a transformation point for Abu Dhabi's urban development and commercial infrastructure.

Foster and Partners integrated modern architectural elements while maintaining references to traditional Middle Eastern marketplace layouts in the building's lower levels.

The structure contains 13 high-speed elevators connecting different sections, including retail spaces, offices, and residential areas across multiple levels.

The building incorporates sliding roofs and walls that enable natural ventilation, adapting to the desert climate conditions throughout the year.
