Etihad Towers, Building 2

Etihad Towers Building 2 extends 305.3 meters into the sky with 80 floors of commercial and residential spaces overlooking the Arabian Gulf.

The construction of Etihad Towers commenced in 2006 after DBI Design won an international architectural competition, with completion achieved in late 2011.

The observation deck on the 75th floor represents modern Arabic architecture while offering visitors expansive views across Abu Dhabi's advancing cityscape.

The structure contains advanced elevator systems and intermediate plant rooms across multiple floors to manage technical operations efficiently throughout the building.

The building features structural engineering that handles wind loads without damper tanks, setting new standards for construction in the Arabian Peninsula.
