Abbas Ali Türbe

Abbas Ali Türbe is a twelve-sided circular structure on Mount Tomorr with a green dome rising above stone walls. Inside, a burial chamber serves as the core of this sacred building.

The structure was built in 1620 and reflects Islamic presence during Ottoman times in Albania. It stands as evidence of a religious period that shaped the region's heritage.

The shrine draws followers who gather here to practice their devotion and perform rituals throughout the year. For the Bektashi community, this location serves as a spiritual center where faith and communal life intersect.

The shrine sits on a mountainside and is reached by a road climbing from the western approach. Visitors should account for elevation and terrain when planning their visit.

According to local belief, the venerated figure left footprints across several places in Albania, with this mountain being one of the most important. Locals speak of prints found on the summit and other nearby locations.
