The Football Academy Stadium is a football stadium in the Avan District of Yerevan, Armenia, with several training pitches, tennis courts, swimming pools, and a hotel building for athletes. The grounds are organized so that all facilities are grouped together in one place, making it a self-contained sporting site.

Construction of the Technical Center-Academy of the Football Federation of Armenia began in 2007 and finished in 2010; it was opened on 1 September 2010 in the presence of UEFA president Michel Platini, Armenian president Serzh Sargsyan and federation head Ruben Hayrapetyan. The stadium itself, with a single stand of 1,428 seats, was inaugurated on 29 April 2013 by Yerevan mayor Taron Margaryan, though the first official match had already been played there on 13 April 2013, when Pyunik beat Banants 4-0. Pyunik used it as its home ground from 2013 to 2017, and Gandzasar took it over from 2018.

Since 2018 the stadium has been the home ground of Gandzasar, and it also hosts the Armenian women's national team and youth sides such as the Under-19s. Club fixtures in European competitions are occasionally played here as well. The ground holds 1,428 seats in a single stand.

It is worth checking in advance whether a match or training session is scheduled, since access to parts of the grounds may vary depending on the day's activities. The site is located in the Avan District, on the northern edge of Yerevan, and is easiest to reach by car or taxi.
