Lori-Pambak archaeological museum

The Lori-Pambak Archaeological Museum houses 34,000 artifacts including handicrafts, carpets, silver jewelry, weapons, and ceramics from the Lori region of Armenia.

Established in 1938, the museum preserves archaeological findings from the Bronze Age through modern times, documenting the evolution of settlements in the Lori-Pambak region.

The collection presents regional ethnographic items spanning from the third millennium BCE, illustrating the traditions and daily practices of ancient Armenian communities.

Located at 23/1 Karen Demirchyan Street, the museum welcomes visitors Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an entrance fee of 1000 AMD.

The museum contains numerous archaeological discoveries from excavations around Vanadzor, revealing evidence of human settlements dating back to the Bronze Age period.
