Tormak Church

Tormak Church is a medieval ruin in Gyulagarak with stone walls that rise against the mountain backdrop. The structure displays characteristic features of Armenian religious buildings from the early medieval period with distinguishable architectural details still visible.

The church was built in the 5th century and served as an important religious center in the ancient settlement of Tormakadur. Over the centuries, the building deteriorated until only its foundations and partial structures remained.
