Lago Roca is a lake located in Los Glaciares National Park in southern Patagonia. The water is surrounded by forests of ñire and lenga trees and sits at approximately 4 meters (13 feet) above sea level.

The lake was created by glacial movements during the last ice age that reshaped the entire Santa Cruz region. These ancient ice masses left behind the valley where the water now collects.

The lake lies on the Argentina–Chile border, 2,400 km south of Buenos Aires, and covers 16.2 km², stretching 6.7 km north to south and 9.7 km east to west. Its shores are lined with southern beech forest, and the surrounding area holds only about six inhabitants per square kilometre.

The area offers two camping options with different comfort levels for visitors. The main site provides grills and bathroom facilities, while Huala offers basic camping for those seeking a simpler setup.

The water acts like a large mirror, reflecting the steppe vegetation and mountain peaks in the surrounding landscape. On clear days, visitors can see the mountain forms distinctly mirrored in the surface.
