The Hotel Majestic stands nine floors tall at the intersection of Avenida de Mayo and Santiago del Estero street in Buenos Aires.
Architects F. L. Collivadino and I. Benedetti constructed the Hotel Majestic between 1905 and 1909 following a design competition by La Mutua cooperative.
The building features artistic wrought iron staircases, wooden balustrades, and architectural elements that represent early 20th-century Argentinian design principles.
The former hotel structure now houses the National Parks Administration headquarters, following its transfer from the Agency of Administration of State Assets.
The ground level leads to seven upper floors through an elaborate lobby, connecting to a rooftop terrace with views of downtown Buenos Aires.
