Le Parc Figueroa Alcorta, Residential skyscraper complex in Palermo Chico, Buenos Aires, Argentina

Le Parc Figueroa Alcorta is a residential complex of two towers at the corner of Figueroa Alcorta Avenue and Cavia Street in Palermo Chico, Buenos Aires. The Cavia tower rises 173 m and the Alcorta tower 120 m; the towers were designed by the Lanuzzi studio. The complex covers 59,000 m² and cost about 100 million dollars.

Raghsa announced the complex in 2006 and broke ground at Figueroa Alcorta Avenue and Cavia Street, after its earlier Le Parc tower (1995) and Le Parc Puerto Madero. The Alcorta tower opened in January 2009; the Cavia tower, the last to be finished, was inaugurated in April 2010. Cavia was planned to surpass Renoir II, but DYPSA added a floor to reach 175 m, so Cavia held the Buenos Aires record only briefly.

The complex gave its name to Palermo Nuevo, the stretch of Palermo that filled with high-rise residential towers after Raghsa completed the first Le Parc tower in 1994. The towers were designed by the Lanuzzi studio, and the complex is the third Raghsa built in the city, after Le Parc Residential Tower and Le Parc Puerto Madero.

The complex stands at the corner of Figueroa Alcorta Avenue and Cavia Street in Palermo Chico, near the earlier Torre Le Parc. The two towers face their respective avenues, Torre Cavia on Cavia and Torre Alcorta on Figueroa Alcorta. It is a private residential building, so the lobbies and apartments are not open to visitors; the towers are seen from the avenue.

The Cavia tower was planned as Buenos Aires' tallest, but developer DYPSA added a floor to rival Renoir II in Puerto Madero, raising it to 175 m. Cavia, at 173 m, held the Argentine record only until 2011, when Renoir II overtook it.
