Quebrada del Condorito National Park

The 37,344-hectare protected area encompasses deep gorges, high-altitude grasslands, and montane forests within the Sierras Grandes mountain range of central Argentina.

The park territory contains archaeological remains from the Ayampitín Culture, who established temporary camps for hunting guanaco and pampas deer over 11,000 years ago.

The protected area maintains traces of historical Jesuit cattle routes, reflecting the colonial period's influence on the landscape of Córdoba's mountainous regions.

Located 90 kilometers northwest of Córdoba city, the park administration office operates in Villa Carlos Paz on Avenue J.S. Bach 504 from Monday to Friday.

The national park safeguards the easternmost population of Andean condors in Argentina, where these birds use the steep cliffs for nesting and teaching their young.
