Balneario La Florida

Balneario La Florida is a municipal beach along the western bank of the Paraná River within city limits. The sandy shoreline spans approximately 4 kilometers from the Rosario-Victoria Bridge to Alem Park.

Residents of Rosario began using this riverside location for summer recreation starting in the late 1800s. Over time, it grew into the city's main leisure destination for warm-weather visits.

Beach bars and riverside clubs shape how locals gather and spend time together. Food stalls serve regional river fish dishes prepared in traditional ways.

The beach has lifeguards, showers, restrooms, and parking available for visitors. A small shop and medical assistance are also on site if needed.

An elevator connects the beach level to the Paseo del Caminante promenade above. During the ride, visitors see views of the city, river, and distant islands.
