Castelo do Batel is a palace in the Batel district featuring French-inspired architecture with cylindrical towers and conical roofs that define its exterior. The structure contains arched portals along its walls and has been adapted to function as an event center with multiple meeting spaces, a business center, and internal parking.

The palace was built between 1924 and 1928 by coffee producer Luiz Guimarães, drawing design inspiration from castles in France's Loire Valley. The structure reflects early 20th-century architectural ambitions of wealthy business owners who constructed grand residences in Brazil during that period.

The palace's interior paintings were made by a Swiss and a German artist, according to Luís Guimarães. In the attic, painter Miguel Bakun, who lived in the castle for some months, decorated the walls with his own paintings. Under Moysés Lupion the building hosted receptions attended by presidents Juscelino Kubitschek and Jânio Quadros and by Nelson Rockefeller.

The building is at Avenida do Batel 1323, in the Batel district. It has eight meeting rooms for up to 60 people, a 650 m² hall, a business center, wireless internet in every room and 1,500 m² of on-site parking. Access depends on the event schedule, so arrange a visit in advance.

The 2003 restoration by architect Humberto Fogassa added a 659 m² hall while recovering the original building from documentation, drawings and iconography. The palace also served as a film set in 2006 for "O Cavaleiro Didi e a Princesa Lili".
