Teatro Alfa is a contemporary theater building in Santo Amaro with over 1,100 seats and modern stage facilities for large-scale productions. The venue features an orchestra pit and is designed to accommodate various types of performances.

The theatre opened with a programme that included Chick Corea, Wynton Marsalis, the Quarteto Jobim Morelenbaum, Marília Pêra in Toda Nudez Será Castigada and the opera La Bohème. It closed for two years and reopened in October 2025 as BTG Pactual Hall after a renovation costing R$ 7.4 million.

The theatre's inaugural programme in 1998 featured Chick Corea, Wynton Marsalis, the Quarteto Jobim Morelenbaum and Marília Pêra in Toda Nudez Será Castigada, alongside the opera La Bohème. Each year it staged Cisne Negro Companhia de Dança's production of The Nutcracker. Since October 2025 the house has operated as BTG Pactual Hall.

The building offers wheelchair access, elevators, and a spacious entrance area with refreshment options. Visitors should arrive early to allow time for exploring the lobby and relaxing before the performance.

The theatre closed for two years and reopened in October 2025 as BTG Pactual Hall after a renovation costing R$7.4 million. Its 2014 Folha de S.Paulo review gave it three stars, noting the city's most expensive valet parking and warm hall temperature on the day of the visit.
