Centro Empresarial de São Paulo

Centro Empresarial de São Paulo is a large office complex with six buildings situated near Marginal Pinheiros highway. The complex contains 144,000 square meters of office space spread across an extensive property with modern facilities designed for business operations.

The complex opened in 1974 with advanced communication systems and central air conditioning that was the second largest in Brazil at the time. These early installations reflected the technological ambition that defined the project.

The complex brings together professionals through its underground galleries, where shops, banks, and restaurants create meeting places for people who work there. These spaces help build connections between colleagues and visitors throughout the day.

Each building features seven elevators, three fire-protected staircases, and adequate space between floors for maintenance work. These facilities ensure smooth operations and good accessibility for all users.

The complex used a pneumatic tube system for document transport between offices in its early years. By the 1980s, its internal telephone system handled call volumes comparable to an entire city.
